The publication is A4 (210 x 297mm) in size and is printed on extremely tough, waterproof paper.
On one side is the map and on the reverse are text descriptions of the suggested routes plus miscellaneous information.
There are some minor technical sections but on the whole the area would suit intermediate mountain bikers, beginners who are fit and don't mind walking if it gets too tough, and those experienced bikers wanting a taste of a different area.
The Mountain Bike Routes
It shows all the off roads in the area with surface descriptions, technical gradings, uphill indicators, spot heights and useful features such as gates, cafes and pub locations.
You can use the the map to make up your own mountain bike routes /detours, or follow our own circular mountain bike route suggestions which are arrowed on the map and described on the other side.
