Buy with confidence. We are only a small outfit and therefore can give you great personal service. What's more we rely very much on recommendations so it is imperative we work very hard at processing orders and despatching extremely quickly. Please also see our FAQ
So what if something goes wrong with your order or you decide you don't want it...
We operate a fuss free returns policy as follows:
We can not accept returns for digital downloads.
All other items:
The Standard 7 day Period.
If for any reason you want to return your order then you will need to return your purchase to us within 7 working days of the delivery of your order. A full refund will be given for the returned items providing they are in their original condition. Postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost unless we delivered the wrong items or there was something faulty with your order and then we will reimburse the postage cost to you.
We will be happy to accept items for return after 7 days in any of the following cases:
The item was found to be damaged or faulty.
We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer when contacting us. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.
The item does not meet with your requirements.
We will refund the ordered item only (all postage costs will be incurred by you the customer) subject to the following conditions:
a) The item must be returned within 28 days of receipt
b) It must be in pristine and re-saleable condition.
c) It must be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights.
In all cases items should be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase to:
