The suggested routes are suitable for families or for anyone seeking a short, relatively easy outing. The routes are intended to be child-friendly and avoid busy roads as much as possible. Some sections follow uneven tracks where it is best to have a rugged road bike or mountain bike, but if in doubt you can dismount and push at these places.

There are currently two publications. Each comprises of an A4 sheet with two maps in each publication.
