How quickly will I receive my order ?

Whenever possible we post the items on the SAME business day that we recieve the order and as we post first class post there is a very good chance you will receive the next day. If the order comes in late afternoon (after 4pm) then we might struggle to catch the post, though we will have a good try. Orders after 5pm will be processed the next business day. We don't post on a Saturday.


Do I need a PayPal account to order from you?

You can pay straight from your card without having to have a PayPal account.

When you add an item to your basket you are taken to the Shopping Cart page. Click on "Proceed to Checkout".

At the checkout page complete your billing details and then click 'Review order and Continue" to pay directly on one of your credit cards.

I have a PayPal Account but don't want to use it ?

If you have a PayPal account but don't want to log in to use it then you can pay straight off your card. To do this complete the billing information and click 'Review order and Continue".

At the next window PayPal will say you have already a PayPal account. Don't log in but click on the link 'Continue without logging in"


Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, just download our postal order form, print it,fill in your information, and post back to us along with cheque payment. Details are on the order form.


How Safe is PayPal to use?

Using PayPal means you can shop safely without sharing your sensitive financial information with sellers. Your privacy is also safeguarded. PayPal also has an extensive fraud-prevention programme and offers protection for purchases.

PayPal won't accept my details?

The most common reason for this is when you try to buy the items by clicking on the "Don't have a PayPal account" link, but you are using an email address that has already been used to create a PayPal account. PayPal needs an email address to send you a receipt of purchase. If you have forgotten your log on password then see the links in the log on box on the checkout page. Otherwise if you have a different email address that is not linked to a PayPal account then try that one.


Why does PayPal need my email address?

PayPal needs an email address to send you a receipt of purchase.


What if I want to cancel an order?

As we post out very quicky then the best way to cancel the order before we despatch it is to telephone us 01565 750049, an email may also do the trick but sometimes there can be a delay when emails are sent and received.

If we have not posted the order then we will issue an immediate refund. If we have posted the order then we will issue a refund on return of the order - see below for further information.

After we have despatched your order you still have the right to cancel it as follows: under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your order that has been sent to you, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with receipt so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when posting items back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Do you like to receive feedback on your maps and general service?

Yes please. It is good to hear if we are doing something you like, likewise if we are doing something that you don't like then we want to put it right. Contact info at top of page.


What is your privacy policy ?

Your details stay private. We do not pass on any of your details to any other organisations. We may on the odd occasion email you to let you know of anything new we have to offer on our website. It is quite rare that we do this though (in the last 12 months we have just sent out one email to our exisiting customers). If you don't want us to contact you then that's is fine, just send us an email (using the email address you ordered from us) and put 'no contact for marketing' in the subject or message body. The easiest way is to reply to our email when we let you know your order has been despatched, alternatively see the email link at the top of this page.


Do you post outside the UK ?

Sorry but we only post to addresses in the UK.
